DELIVERY GUIDELINES
At TMH Industries, it’s our priority to get your order to you safely and efficiently. Please help us by providing clear instructions on where you'd like your delivery, and make sure our drivers have open access to your location. While we do our best to put your product exactly where you request, sometimes factors like other vehicles on site or challenging site conditions mean our drivers have to use their best judgment to find the safest and most practical spot. Delivery is ultimately up to the drivers discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to provide specific delivery time slots. Deliveries occur between approximately 7 AM and 9 PM daily. If you’re needing your materials for a specific time of day, we recommend that you choose an earlier delivery date to ensure that your materials are on site.
When you place an order with TMH Industries, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions regarding the delivery and placement of your product:
Product Placement & Property Condition:
- Our delivery vehicles are substantial and can weigh up to 25,000 pounds when loaded. This significant weight may cause damage to your driveway, sidewalks, walkways, curbs, underground utilities (like sprinkler systems or septic fields), or other property features.
- TMH Industries is not responsible for any such damages that may occur to your property due to the weight of our vehicles or equipment, or during the delivery and placement process. This includes, but is not limited to, cracks, indentations, or structural damage.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery path and desired placement area are clear, accessible, and capable of supporting the weight of our vehicles and products. Please identify any potential hazards or fragile areas beforehand.
Disclaimer of Liability:
- By accepting your delivery, you agree to assume all risks associated with the delivery and placement of your product.
- You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMH Industries, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from property damage or personal injury that may occur during the delivery and placement of your order.
On-Street Placement:
- If you request product placement on a public street, you assume all risks associated with this placement and are solely responsible for the immediate removal of the product to avoid any obstruction or violation of local regulations.
Road Bans & Permits:
- If there are any road bans in effect or if you need special permits for our trucks to access your location, please let TMH Industries know before you place your order. Our large trucks can't leave city streets without the proper permits, unless it's private land.
