Payment & Ordering Terms
- 1–2 Pallet Orders: Full payment required at time of order.
- 3+ Pallet Orders: 50% deposit required by September 25, 2026 to secure order.
- Payment: Once your form has been submitted, our office will send an invoice for payment.
- Payment Methods: E-Transfer, through the invoice link, or in-store. Note: Manual credit card entry is not permitted.
- Final Balance: Full payment due by December 18, 2026.
- Pallet Quantities: Orders and payments must be for full pallets only (no partial-pallet payments).
Pickup & Yard Protocol
- Office Check-In: All contractors must check in at the main office prior to picking up product and before entering the yard.
- Liability: TMH Industries is not liable for lost or stolen product.
- Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed weekends & holidays).
- Delivery Options: Delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Holiday Closure: TMH Industries will be closed from December 21, 2026 – January 4, 2027.
- Storage Deadline: Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of stored product prior to March 31, 2027.
