1. Eligibility
This promotion applies only to purchases of Premium Garden Mix Bulk Bags sold by TMH Industries Inc. (“TMH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and delivered within the Calgary metropolitan area or other service zones as defined by TMH delivery schedules.

2. Promotional Discount
Customers receive a $10.00 CAD discount per Premium Garden Mix bulk bag applied at checkout (“Promotion”).

  • Bundled or combined offers cannot be applied with the Promotion unless expressly stated.
  • Only valid for delivery orders; pickup orders or in yard purchases are not eligible for this promotional pricing.
    Discount applies only to the product, not to delivery charges, taxes, or other fees.

3. Order Deadline & Delivery Completion

  • All orders must be placed by April 15, 2026 to qualify for the promotional pricing.
  • Deliveries will be fulfilled by April 30, 2026 at the latest, subject to weather, route availability, and delivery scheduling constraints.

4. Delivery Policy

  • TMH will contact the customer to schedule delivery following order placement.
  • Delivery fees are separate and not included in the promotional price unless otherwise stated during checkout.
  • Delivery time windows are estimates only and may vary due to operational factors.
  • For large orders or special placement requests, allow additional time — drivers will place bags in accessible, level locations agreed upon at scheduling.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All products are non-returnable once delivered.
  • If a product is damaged or materially different from what was ordered, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or credits for valid claims are at TMH’s discretion and limited to the product value only delivery costs will not be refunded.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

  • TMH Premium Garden Mix is intended for landscaping, gardening, lawn repair, and soil improvement applications.
  • TMH is not responsible for product performance once delivered and installed.
  • Customers assume responsibility for proper usage in accordance with soil and gardening best practices.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to scheduling of delivery with no penalty.
  • If cancellation occurs after scheduling and materials have been loaded for delivery, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability
TMH’s maximum liability under this promotion is limited to the total value of the Product discounted under this offer. TMH is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the sale, delivery, or use of products.

9. General & Governing Law

  • This promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
  • TMH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • If any term herein is held to be unenforceable, that term will be severed, and the remainder continues in full force and effect.
