Delivery Inspections: For deliveries, please inspect the product before the driver unloads it. If for any reason you change your mind before the product is unloaded, you may order a replacement product for an additional delivery fee. If you refuse the product before it has been unloaded and do not want a replacement product, your delivery fee remains non-refundable.

• Unopened and unused retail products are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
